Kindred Yoga, Deptford, London

Providing hands-on adjustments is such an important and special aspect of teaching yoga asana. Receiving an assist can be enlightening, transformative, and healing for our students.
This four-day course is crafted to instil the fundamentals of hands-on adjustments. We'll explore the nature of touch – its benefits and the sensitivity that surrounds it. Group collaboration will foster creativity in determining how to assist specific poses. Engaging in small groups or partnerships will build confidence in working with a diversity of people, taking into account body type, lived experience and physical ability.
These flexible tools will empower you to intelligently and confidently assist your students in a safe and inclusive manner, enabling them to get maximum benefit from their practice.
This course is made up of four in-person afternoons over two weekends and a case study-based homework, giving you 25 hours accreditation on completion.
