About me

Hi, I’m Helen Russell-Clark, a London-based yoga teacher with over a decade of teaching experience.

My yoga journey began with my 200-hour training in Morocco with Yogahaven. Since then, I’ve deepened my practice through additional trainings, including Rocket with David Kyle, Mandala Vinyasa with The Yoga People, Yin with Clare Gates-Sjöblom, Pranayama and Breathwork with Laurent Roure, and Advanced Ashtanga with David Swenson.

Outside the studio, I’ve completed an M.A. in Psychoanalysis at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, as well as preliminary psychotherapy and philosophy training at the Philadelphia Association. These studies have profoundly shaped the way I teach, enabling me to create meaningful and supportive spaces – particularly on the teacher trainings I facilitate with Kindred School of Yoga and Mission 200.

My classes are designed to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where you can explore your practice physically, energetically, and emotionally. I hope to see you in class soon!
