About me

I found yoga in my early twenties as a necessity to escape the busy London life. Yoga was my hour or so a day of peace and clarity, my moving meditation.

Since my first teacher training, my practice has transcended beyond just the physical. For me, yoga is a way of life and I am passionate about sharing the transformative and healing aspects of this holistic practice.

I trained in Morocco with Yogahaven under Toni Roberts, Allie Hill and Stewart Heffernan before going on to do Rocket trainings with David Kyle in London and Barcelona, Mandala Vinyasa with Dulce Agular and Jamie Clarke of the Yoga People and Yin with Clare Gates-Sjöblom.

Originally a drama school graduate, I worked as an actor for my first career. My second life was in hospitality where I learnt how to integrate community (and food) to the heart of my work. More recently I've been studying philosophy and psychotherapy. I'm interested in how the embodied principles of yoga can aid with both physical and mental well being as well as trauma and anxiety.

Come find me on the mat!
