I found yoga in my early twenties as a necessity to escape the busy London life. I was an actress working and living in London, constantly dealing with judgement and rejection, travelling everywhere by tube and night bus and trying to juggle five jobs. Yoga was my hour or so a day of peace and clarity, my moving meditation.
These days not a huge amount has changed, (although I do tend to avoid a night bus!) but since my first teacher training, my practice has transcended beyond just the physical, for me yoga is a way of life. I am so passionate to share the transformative and healing aspects of this holistic practice.
My first teacher training was in Morocco with Yogahaven under Toni Roberts, Allie Hill and Stewart Heffernan. I then went on to do my Rocket trainings with David Kyle in London and Barcelona, 100 hours of Mandala Vinyasa with Dulce Agular and Jamie Clarke of the Yoga People and level two yin with Clare Gates-Sjöblom. I have heartfelt gratitude to all of my teachers, past and present.
Come find me on the mat!
